-We do not accept return / exchange on :
– any cut fabric / roll with cut yard/s
– any minimal color or shade variance
*** RETURN / EXCHANGE***
-We will only accept return / exchange on the following conditions:
– prior approval of return/exchange is a must otherwise no credit will be processed.
– it must be damaged , defective or shipped out by mistake.
– claim must be within 10 days of grace period from the date the goods were received.
– goods must be in orginal packaging with tag/label, in good condition, uncut and unused.
– there will be a restocking fee of 25% from the orginal total price for any claim made after 10 days of grace period but not more than 20 days.
– replacement will be viable only if the same design is in stock.
– freight will be at buyer’s expense unless the mistake is from our end.
– refund will be calculated only after checking the goods.
